Our equipment serves industries including Water & Wastewater, Petrochemical & Refining, Power Generation, Mining, Carbon Capture, Food & Beverage, and other industrial markets. Engineered to reduce energy consumption and improve productivity, Lone Star Turbo solutions are built to perform in demanding environments. In addition to manufacturing, Lone Star Turbo provides expert aftermarket services, repairs, and support for both our equipment and other major blower and compressor brands. Located in a 16-acre, state of the art facility, Lone Star Turbo is able to ensure our customers keep operations running at peak performance.

Located at 8883 West Monroe Road in Houston, Texas, the Lone Star Turbo campus spans 16 acres and combines advanced manufacturing capabilities with a commitment to preserving the natural environment. Surrounded by trees, wildlife, and an on-site lake filled with fish & turtles, our campus reflects our president’s dedication to maintaining the beauty of our natural surroundings while supporting industrial innovation. The facility features six buildings, each serving a critical role in our operations, including welding, painting, sandblasting, balancing, machining, assembly, and intensive performance testing for all new products, overhauls, and repairs. By manufacturing and testing on-site, Lone Star Turbo ensures the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance for every customer we serve.

Lone Star Turbo’s team of 31 engineers delivers innovative solutions for complex industrial applications, including new product development, reverse engineering, OEM replacements, custom system design, and advanced controls engineering. Every unit undergoes rigorous performance testing to ensure quality, reliability, and efficiency, providing dependable solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

Every unit at Lone Star Turbo undergoes rigorous performance testing before leaving our facility, whether new, repaired, overhauled or even an OEM replacement part. As both a manufacturer and service provider, we validate equipment performance to ensure it meets specifications, reducing downtime and repeat repairs while delivering greater reliability, confidence, and peace of mind.

Global field service support through our experienced team of field engineers. Our technicians are available worldwide to troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and restore equipment performance directly on-site, helping customers minimize downtime and keep critical operations running efficiently. From emergency service calls to planned maintenance and technical support, our field service team delivers responsive, expert solutions wherever they are needed.

Lone Star Turbo combines advanced blue laser scanning with true OEM engineering expertise to deliver precision replacement parts. Because we design and manufacture the same blower and compressor technologies—not just reverse engineer them—we apply the correct tolerances, performance test every part, and deliver OEM-level fit, reliability, and performance.
